With over 15 years of experience in leadership, team development, and program design, she has supported individuals and organizations as they navigate growth, transition, and reinvention. She holds multiple coaching certifications from the International Coaching Federation, and works with ICF gold-standard Non-Directive Coaching.
Megan considers every opportunity with curiosity, heart, integrity, and strategy, and guides her clients with this approach. Located on the Central Coast in Monterey, California, she is available for both in-person appointments and remote engagements.
